Wohlers tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that his wife, Kimberly woke him up then got upstairs "quicker than I can blink an eye" to get the couple's children, ages 3, 5 and 7.Luckily, everybody got out safe and sound. But after spending many years in the insurance industry I can be certain of one thing, I was not smoking cigarettes under that porch yesterday.
Kennedy said firefighters were told it was a porch fire. It quickly spread to the roof and the rest of the home.
Wohlers was lights outs for the Braves in 1995 and 1996. But after 1997, he began his non-racist, John Rocker-esque decent into former Brave closer anonymity.
Wohlers now enjoys quiet evenings on the lawn, fleeing from flames, making hotel reservations and calling AllState.
